RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS TO MAZUMA CREDIT UNION

Terms Of Use
Submission, posting or uploading of any videos, video clips, photographs, images, illustrations, graphics, text, audio, audio clips, messages, suggestions, ideas, or concepts (“Items”) to Mazuma Credit Union (“Mazuma”), including any website owned or operated by Mazuma, signifies your agreement with the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these Terms of Use, please do not submit the Items. Mazuma reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms of Use at any time and you agree to be bound by such modifications through your use of Mazuma’s website or submission, posting or uploading of any Item.

Submissions
All Items that are submitted to Mazuma shall become, and remain, the property of Mazuma. Mazuma is not responsible for the confidentiality of any Items submitted to it. By communicating Items to Mazuma, you are granting Mazuma a royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, assign, sublicense, distribute, publish, transmit, perform, display and create derivative works from the Items in any and all media, in any manner, in whole or in part, for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotional purposes, without any restriction or responsibilities to you.

Mazuma is not responsible for any Items submitted. If you submit, post or upload any Item, you guarantee to Mazuma that you have the legal right to post the Item and that it will not violate any law or the rights of any person or entity. You agree not to submit, upload, transmit, distribute or otherwise publish any Items which are: • libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, pornographic, threatening or an invasion of privacy; • an infringement of the privacy rights or intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets of any person or entity; • illegal in any way or which advocate illegal activity; • an advertisement or solicitation of funds, goods, or services; • or that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

Although Mazuma has the right to do so, Mazuma does not, and assumes no obligation or duty to, screen, monitor, edit or review any Item, and is not responsible for the content of any Item. You understand and agree that Mazuma is not responsible for the truth, completeness, objectivity or usefulness of any Item, nor does Mazuma endorse any Item. By viewing Items, you assume the risk arising therefrom. Mazuma reserves the right at all times to disclose any information necessary in its sole discretion to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or remove any information or Items, in whole or in part, that in Mazuma’s sole discretion are objectionable or in violation of these terms and conditions.

By using this website and/or submitting, uploading or posting an Item, you agree to indemnify Mazuma, its officers, directors, employees, agents, distributors and affiliates for any and all claims, damages, losses and causes of action arising out of your breach or alleged breach of this agreement or from any Item submitted, posted or uploaded. Neither Mazuma, nor its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors or affiliates are responsible or liable for any loss damage (including, but not limited to, actual, consequential, or punitive), liability, claim, or other injury or cause related to or resulting from any Item submitted, uploaded or posted, including any claim of infringement.

Proprietary Rights
All Items submitted, uploaded or posted to Mazuma are protected by Mazuma. You may not reproduce, perform, create derivative works from, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way whatsoever any Items without the prior written permission of Mazuma. Any modification of the Items, or any portion thereof, or use of the Items for any purpose constitutes an infringement of Mazuma’s proprietary rights.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, as it is applied to agreements entered into and performed within that State.
